The webinar will suggest Ideas of best practices for retention.We will survey types of documentation, and possible sources of that documentation (there are multiple sources).We will also identify possible sources of information flowing to payroll and retention needs for those.Some examples of these records include Employee Forms, including tax forms; Federal and state information returns completed by payroll; union information; employee data including support orders, garnishments, and levies; payroll changes; benefit enrollments.We will also discuss information on researching sources of documentation.We will touch on methods of retention and formats of necessary documents, as well as some ideas about disaster recovery.
